Statement of Quality Policy
Allometrics, Inc. and its sister entity Taylor Lake Laboratories are committed to providing calibration, cleanroom certification, biosafety cabinet certification, fume hood certification, microbial testing services, and biological testing services that meet the technical requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and the documented expectations of the customers and regulatory frameworks we serve.
The management of Allometrics and Taylor Lake Laboratories is committed to:
Impartiality. All calibration, certification, and testing work is performed without bias, free from commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise the integrity of the result. Where a real or perceived conflict of interest exists, it is identified, documented, and addressed under our impartiality risk management process.
Confidentiality. Information obtained or created during the delivery of our services — including customer-specific equipment registries, calibration histories, classification data, and viables results — is treated as confidential. Disclosure occurs only with documented customer authorization, where required by law, or as required by accreditation surveillance.
Technical competence. Personnel performing calibration, certification, and testing meet defined competency requirements. Allometrics maintains the largest number of accredited technicians in the Southeastern United States, with credentials including A2LA-recognized ISO/IEC 17025 calibration competence, NSF/ANSI 49 Field Certifier credentials for biosafety cabinet certification, CETA RCCP credentials for cleanroom certification, and NEBB-credentialed personnel for testing, adjusting, and balancing.
Measurement traceability. All calibration measurements are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or, where appropriate, to other recognized national or international measurement standards. Calibration uncertainty is calculated and reported per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Clause 7.6.
Validity and continual improvement. Methods are validated for their intended use. Equipment is qualified, maintained, and re-verified on documented schedules. The quality system is reviewed by management at planned intervals and improved based on internal audits, customer feedback, accreditation surveillance findings, and operational performance data.
Compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. All Allometrics and Taylor Lake Laboratories personnel involved in calibration, certification, or testing are familiarized with the quality documentation applicable to their work and are required to apply the policies and procedures in their daily operations.
