ISO/IEC 17025:2017 calibration + biological testing · Valid through 2027
Allometrics, Inc. · allometrics.com
What we do: ISO/IEC 17025 calibration across mass, dimensional, pressure, temperature, electrical, volumetric, and environmental disciplines. Cleanroom certification (CETA RCCP + NSF Accredited Technicians). Biosafety cabinet, LAFW, CAI, and CACI certification (NSF/ANSI 49 Field Certifier credentialed). Fume hood certification (ANSI/ASSP Z9.5). Viable air, surface, and gloved fingertip sampling collection. Equipment qualification and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
Accreditation: A2LA Cert 2039.01 · ISO/IEC 17025:2017 · valid through April 30, 2027.
Founded: 1976. Continuous A2LA accreditation through every revision of the standard.
Location: 1425 Atlantis Drive, Webster, TX 77598 — 25 minutes from the Houston Ship Channel and the Texas Medical Center.
Service area: Southern U.S. — Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Los Angeles metro — with nationwide field service and ship-in calibration.

Taylor Lake Laboratories · taylorlakelabs.com
What they do: A2LA-accredited biological testing — microbial enumeration, microbial identification (microscopy and biochemical methods), media fill kit analysis under USP <797>, viable air and surface sample incubation, environmental monitoring data interpretation. The accredited microbiology lab behind Allometrics' viables collection.
Accreditation: A2LA Cert 7533.01 · ISO/IEC 17025:2017 biological testing · valid through September 30, 2027. One of the few labs in the nation with A2LA accreditation specifically for environmental monitoring.
Why it matters: When viable samples are collected by an Allometrics technician, they are incubated and identified by Taylor Lake Laboratories under accredited scope — closing the chain of custody on one continuous record. Most environmental monitoring vendors collect samples and ship them to an unnamed third-party lab; we keep it inside the Group.
Frameworks served: USP <797> / <800> / <825> sterile compounding pharmacy programs · FDA cGMP environmental monitoring under 21 CFR 211 · Joint Commission Medication Management chapter · FDA 21 CFR 1271 (HCT/Ps for cell and gene therapy) · BSL-2 / BSL-3 surveillance protocols.
Precision Biotech Solutions · precisionbiotechsolutions.com
What they do: Cleanroom commissioning of new and renovated facilities — HVAC startup, air balance to design specifications, pressure cascade mapping, HEPA integrity testing, ISO 14644 classification verification, full IQ/OQ/PQ documentation. NEBB-credentialed testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for cleanroom HVAC systems. Joint Commission TAB documentation for hospital systems preparing for Environment of Care surveys.
Credentials: NEBB-credentialed TAB technicians. CETA-aligned commissioning practice. Coordinated with Allometrics' A2LA Cert 2039.01 calibration for instrument verification during commissioning.
Why it matters: When PBS commissions a new cleanroom, the commissioning data goes on file with the same Group that performs the recurring recertification, calibrates the equipment, and analyzes the viables. One continuous data record across the cleanroom lifecycle — from the day construction finishes to every annual recert thereafter.
Frameworks served: ISO 14644 cleanroom standards · USP <797> cleanroom commissioning · FDA cGMP / 21 CFR 211 facility qualification · Joint Commission Environment of Care chapter · ASHRAE Standard 170 (healthcare ventilation) · BSL-2 / BSL-3 facility commissioning.

How the Group works for one customer
Most regulated facilities maintain three to five vendors covering the work above — one for cleanroom certification, one for biosafety cabinet certification, one for TAB, one for calibration, one for viables. Five contracts. Five report formats. Five escalation paths. Five visit cycles to coordinate.
The Allometrics Group consolidates this into one Group, three credentialed entities, one continuous record:
- New cleanroom build → Precision Biotech Solutions commissions it (ISO 14644, NEBB TAB, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Recurring recertification → Allometrics performs it under A2LA Cert 2039.01 (CETA RCCP + NSF credentials).
- Equipment calibration in the cleanroom → Allometrics under A2LA Cert 2039.01 satisfying FDA 21 CFR 211.68.
- Viable air, surface, and personnel sampling → collected by Allometrics, incubated and identified by Taylor Lake Laboratories under A2LA Cert 7533.01.
- HVAC TAB for ongoing cleanroom and Joint Commission EC compliance → Precision Biotech Solutions, NEBB-credentialed.
- Temperature & humidity mapping for ULT freezers, biorepositories, stability chambers, pharmacy storage → Allometrics under A2LA Cert 2039.01.
