ISO/IEC 17025:2017 calibration
Valid through April 30, 2027
Industrial calibration runs on different rules than cGMP. There's no FDA reviewer; there's a plant manager who needs the line back online in two hours. There's no IQ/OQ/PQ; there's a Weights and Measures inspector who shows up annually for trade-cert verification. Allometrics serves industrial customers — refinery, oil & gas, chemical, food and grain, manufacturing — with the field-deployable calibration capability and on-call response their operations require.
What's specific about industrial calibration
On-site mobile calibration is the default, not the exception. Industrial customers need calibration at the site, in the process environment, often during a brief planned outage window. Allometrics' field metrologists arrive with the reference standards and the gear to perform full calibrations in place.
NIST Handbook 44 trade-certified scales — Weights and Measures inspectors visit annually for legal-for-trade scales (truck scales, rail-car scales, retail scales). Allometrics' calibration certificates are written to satisfy state Weights and Measures inspections and to support NTEP-listed equipment.
Fail-and-respond service — when a critical process instrument fails calibration mid-shift, you need a metrologist on-site within 24-48 hours, not next week. Allometrics maintains fail-and-respond capacity across the southern U.S.
Refinery hot-work permit logistics — refinery and petrochemical sites require hot-work permits, gas testing, and coordinated entry for any calibration crew. Allometrics' field teams are trained and certified for these environments.
Explosion-proof equipment — calibration of intrinsically safe (IS) and explosion-proof (Ex) instruments in classified hazardous areas (Class I Div 1, Class I Div 2, ATEX zones). Allometrics maintains IS-certified test gear for this work.

Why Allometrics for industrial calibration
A2LA-accredited under ISO/IEC 17025. Cert 2039.01. Continuous accreditation through every revision.
One team for the entire regulated environment. Calibration, cleanroom certification, biosafety cabinet certification, viables testing, fume hood certification, and HVAC balancing — all under one accreditation chain. Replace 3–5 vendors with one accredited partner.
50 years of regulated-environment experience. Founded 1976. The team has lived every USP revision, every FDA cGMP guidance update, every Joint Commission standards change.
